Matias Rein's journey began in the 1990s, with data warehouses, during the period when Brazilian organizations were modernizing legacy systems and deploying their first ERPs. Since then, he has followed business intelligence, big data, data science, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and agents.
The recurring question remained: how to transform capability into a responsible decision, an effective action, and a consequence that can be explained?
This conceptual foundation began to take public shape in the book Governança de Inteligência Decisória, published on Amazon. The work organizes the initial foundations of the discipline that today guides ADCS™ and Arcogi's sociotechnical approach.
Arcogi was created to operate in this transition with its own sociotechnical foundation: advisory, architecture, engineering, and operations with senior experts in the same system. Scale doesn't come from allocating more people to the problem, but from organizing decisions, evidence, AI agents, controls, and learning through a methodological base and reusable operational architectures where people and agents act in coordination.
