The Center of Operations and Excellence brings together client teams, Arcogi specialists and agents. It coordinates priorities, supervises work and turns learning into improvement.

How the CoE is organized

The CoE is an organization of people and agents that already comes in the hub’s operating body. Plug-in agents work alongside the team in Data Ready and Decision Intelligence operations, and the map of responsibility is reviewed in cycles.

Data Ready plug-in agents
Run the operation of the data that decisions use: data products, quality and access, within the accepted limit.
Decision Intelligence plug-in agents
Build the context, recommend and track the effect of decisions. The person decides.
EDAVEN Builder Agent
Always comes with the Organization & Agents module. It creates new agents with the business specialist, and a person reviews and signs before use.
Coverage reviewed in cycles
Every cycle, the CoE checks who covers what. Creating or retiring a role, for a person or an agent, is a recorded decision.

CoE composition, involvement, cadence and responsibilities are defined by contract. Material decisions remain with authorized client representatives.
