1. Data Controller

The controller responsible for the processing of personal data collected on this website is Arcogi Ltda., a technology and fiduciary decision engineering advisory company.

2. Collected Data and Purposes

We collect exclusively data provided voluntarily and consciously by visitors through our B2B contact forms (contact request and executive conversation).

  • Collected data: Full name, corporate email, company, job title or role, and context of the operational problem.
  • Purposes: (i) Qualification and scheduling of technical coengineering calls with Matias Rein; (ii) Sending technical communications, research, and B2B newsletters (when there is explicit consent).

3. Data Minimization and Security

We adopt the principle of data minimization. We request only the data needed for B2B qualification, including phone or the provided contact channel for delivery and follow-up of the requested material. All data processing is kept volatile and temporary in transit with SSL/TLS cryptographic security.

4. Legal Grounds for Processing

The processing of personal data on the Arcogi website is grounded on the following legal bases of the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD - Law No. 13,709/2018):

  • Consent: Actively provided when accepting the submission terms of the Contact form.
  • Legitimate Interest: For sending corporate research materials related to those who previously requested fiduciary materials.

5. Sharing and Transfer

Arcogi does not sell or share personal data with third parties or advertising networks for marketing purposes. Any transfers occur only to hosting and cloud computing infrastructure providers under strict technical confidentiality agreements.

6. Your Rights (LGPD)

As a data subject, you can exercise the rights provided under the LGPD at any time, including: confirmation of processing, correction of data, deletion, or revocation of consent. To exercise your rights, send an email to arcogi@arcogi.com.

7. International Rights and Transparency

For individuals located outside Brazil, Arcogi seeks to operate this policy consistently with equivalent principles of transparency, purpose limitation, minimization, security, and user control under regimes such as the GDPR/UK GDPR, applicable United States privacy laws, Latin American data protection laws, and, when publication is directed to Japan, principles of the APPI.

Depending on the applicable jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, objection or restriction of processing, information about sharing, withdrawal of consent, and review of cookie preferences.

8. Retention, Providers, and Transfers

Data submitted through forms may be retained for as long as necessary to respond to the request, deliver materials, qualify a B2B relationship, comply with legal obligations, preserve consent records, and protect site security. When no longer necessary, data is deleted, anonymized, or retained only where an applicable legal basis exists.

We may use hosting, security, forms, email, operational automation, and consented analytics providers. These providers act for limited infrastructure and operational purposes. Data may be processed outside the data subject's country of origin with contractual and technical safeguards proportional to the service used.
