Preliminary reading of the signalsThese three readings describe what was observed before causal and economic reconciliation. They are not the final value conclusion.

Favorable signal observed

OTIF and availability improve, losses and emergency freight decline, with no improper use of batches or transfer of stockouts to another channel.

Unfavorable signal observed

Apparent OTIF rises because the window changes, eligible orders are excluded, inventory is excessive, future expiry increases or quality deteriorates.

Insufficient evidence

A demand shock, critical input shortage or regulatory change prevents the effect of the intervention from being isolated.

Economic conclusion

Arcogi does not assume ROI. The work connects action, estimated effect, costs, uncertainty and consequences to decide whether the initiative should be scaled, adjusted, maintained, paused or stopped.
